This is a crucial question when considering this treatment. Not all implants are the same nor do they behave in the same way. They vary in the reliability of their results, both in the short and long term.
All implants are made of titanium, but the (physical and chemical) treatment of their surface and the reliability of their components for making the prosthesis make the difference.
In Spain there are around 250 different types of implants. However, very few are backed by sufficient long-term scientific documentation across the different clinical situations a patient may present.

The benefits of immediate load for patients are essentially: greater comfort by not having to wear uncomfortable removable prostheses during the months of implant integration and, in addition, the shaping of the soft tissues, which will help the gum adapt to the definitive ceramic prostheses.
